When to call

An STP doesn't run itself.

A sewage plant needs someone on it every day. When nobody owns it, the first sign is usually a smell, a complaint, or a question the committee can't answer.

  • The builder has handed over the plant and nobody knows its state
  • Smell, foam or cloudy treated water
  • Blowers or pumps tripping, or running on manual
  • No records when residents or authorities ask
What we cover

The daily work a plant needs.

  • Daily operator rounds

An operator walks the plant every day: screens, tanks, blowers, pumps, dosing and the outlet.

  • Flow and treatment records

Daily readings written down, so the committee can see how the plant is running.

  • Pump and blower checks

Run-hours, noise, trips and selector positions checked on every round; issues followed up and logged.

Scoped separately: Major repairs and equipment replacement · Third-party lab testing of treated water · Sludge disposal arrangements. We tell you when something needs it, and nothing goes ahead until you approve.

The daily log

What a well-run plant writes down.

The readings that tell you how the plant is doing, taken on the daily round. The exact log for your plant is agreed with your committee.

Can you take over an STP from the builder?

Yes. We start with an inspection of the plant with your committee and record its condition, so you know what you're taking over before the daily rounds begin.

What do your operators record?

Flow and treatment readings from the daily round, along with pump and blower checks. The exact log is agreed with your committee when we set the scope.

Can the committee see the records?

Yes. Daily records your committee can check are the point of the service.

Is lab testing or equipment replacement included?

Not by default. Third-party lab testing, major repairs and equipment replacement are scoped and approved separately.

Which areas do you cover?

Apartment societies across Bengaluru.
