Can you find a leak inside the wall without breaking it?
Often, yes. Thermal imaging shows the temperature signature of water moving behind plaster, which narrows the break-open point to a small patch instead of a whole wall. We use it before recommending any civil work.
Do you fix water seepage between two flats?
We diagnose it and document it, which matters because seepage between units is as much a committee and liability question as a plumbing one. The report tells both parties which flat the water is actually coming from.
