These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Kepr Care & Services, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“KEPR”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our apps or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
KEPR provides a property care and management platform that enables home services (such as cleaning, plumbing, electrical, pest control, carpentry, painting, and appliance servicing), property inspections and health tracking, visitor and society management, and related features. Availability of specific services depends on your location and society.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
- Guards and area managers access the Kepr Partner app under authorization from their society or KEPR; access is provisioned and may be revoked.
- Keep your account and device secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Bookings, cancellations & rescheduling
- Service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled slot. Within 6 hours, changes may not be possible and charges may apply.
- Estimated prices may change based on on-site assessment; you will be informed before additional work is carried out.
4. Payments & credits
Charges for services, materials, and applicable fees are shown in the app. Where credits or subscription plans apply, their terms are described at the point of purchase. Materials are billed at cost; on-site payments, where applicable, are collected as shown in the app.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access for scheduled services.
- Use the apps lawfully and not misuse features (including visitor management, community posts, and notifications).
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
6. Service professionals
Services may be delivered by KEPR staff or vetted partners. We aim for accountable, documented service, but you remain responsible for securing valuables and providing an accurate description of the work required.
7. Content you submit
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant KEPR a limited license to use that content solely to operate and provide the service (e.g. showing inspection photos to the assigned manager). Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse, or where required by law.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KEPR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
