KEPR started with a leaky tap. Our founder owned a 2BHK in Old Airport Bengaluru, bought as an investment, rented out, supposedly hands-off. Except it never was. Every month brought a new vendor call, a new WhatsApp from the tenant, and a new excuse from whoever was supposed to fix something.
In late 2023, he returned from a two-week work trip to find the bedroom ceiling had been leaking for ten days. The tenant had called three times. The plumber came once, said he'd need to “source a part,” and never came back. The society office said it was an in-unit issue. The in-unit vendor said it was seepage from above. Nobody owned it.
So we built KEPR not just for our story but for all your stories on these problems, not as an app, but as a service. A real person who visits your property, takes photos, files the report, coordinates the fix, and tells you exactly what happened and what it cost very transparently - No extra cost, No upsell of services, You want it - we get it done.
