Our founder owned a 2BHK on Old Airport Road, bought as an investment and rented out to be hands-off. It never was. Every month brought another vendor call, another message from the tenant, another excuse.
In late 2023 he came back from a work trip to find the bedroom ceiling had been leaking for ten days. The plumber came once, said he needed to “source a part”, and never returned. The society said it was an in-flat problem; the vendor blamed the flat above. Nobody took ownership.
